We will be offering weekly suggestions for healthy eating because, after all, we can all use better eating habits. Making sweeping changes in our diets can be difficult to do and nearly impossible to sustain. So, why not make small changes that can lead to a big impact over time?
We will be looking at ways to lower salt intake, cut portion sizes, work up to five fruits and vegetables per day, and others. Even small changes can have a positive impact on our nutrition.
Watch for weekly postings. Taking time to think about how and what we are eating can help to make better decisions. After all, who doesn’t want to be healthier!
